In harsh and corrosive environments, Fibretek fiberglass grating offers exceptional durability and load-bearing capabilities, ensuring reliable performance year after year. Perfect for flooring, walkways, and covers in corrosive areas, this grating combines superior load capacity with outstanding corrosion resistance.
Moulded Grating
Our moulded grating is engineered for robust chemical and corrosion resistance, featuring premium resin mixed with UV inhibitors and reinforced with glass fibre.
Types of GRP Grating Offered:
Pultruded Grating:
With a glass fibre reinforcement content of approximately 70% by weight, our pultruded grating boasts a strength-to-weight ratio significantly higher than that of steel. It is designed to limit maximum deflection to SPAN / 200 and is available in standard thicknesses of 25mm, 38mm, and 65mm.
Moulded Grating:
Containing 50% glass fibre by weight, this option is designed for a maximum deflection of SPAN / 100 and comes in standard sizes of 1220 x 2440mm with thicknesses of 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, and 50mm.
Construction Features:
Fibretek GRP Grating is equipped with a durable, slip-resistant grit surface as standard, with the option to supply without grit upon request. Available in iso-polyester, vinyl ester, or fire-retardant resin.
